Open Access Policy
The Social Empowerment Journal (SEJ) follows an Open Access model, making all content freely available to users and their institutions. All articles are published with immediate open access and can be read, downloaded, copied, distributed, printed, searched, or linked to the full text without prior permission from the publisher or author, in line with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition of open access.
Open Access License: Articles are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0), which allows users to freely share and adapt the work for non-commercial purposes, provided proper attribution is given to the original author(s) and source.
Access to Content: All published articles are openly accessible online, and there are no subscription or access fees required to view or download the full texts.
