مشكلة البطالة لدى حاملي الشهادات العليا في الجامعة الجزائرية: دراسة سوسيولوجية حول الأسباب والانعكاسات

الملخص

هدفت الدراسة الحالية للبحث في مشكلة اختلال التوازن بين مخرجات الدراسات العليا ومتطلبات سوق العمل أي البحث في مشكلة البطالة وانتشارها بين فئة حاملي الشهادات العليا في الجامعة الجزائرية من خلال الوقوف على أسباب انتشارها بين هذه الفئة، والانعكاسات النفسية، الاجتماعية والاقتصادية التي يمكن أن تحاكيها هذه المشكلة على الفرد والمجتمع، وكذا التعرف على وجهة نظر المبحوثين حول إمكانية أن تكون قلة فرص العمل تجسيدا لفشل المنظومة الجامعية، ثم البحث في حصر الاقتراحات التي يمكن أن ترفع من مستوى الحلول القادرة على وضع الاستراتيجيات الناجحة لتحقيق التوازن بين قوى العرض والطلب، ولقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي للكشف عن أبعاد المشكلة وتفسير دلالاتها، كما تم توزيع استبيان على عينة قصدية قدرت بـ 217 مفردة .

وقد توصلنا إلى أن الفجوة بين مخرجات التكوين في الدراسات العليا ومتطلبات سوق العمل بسبب الاتجاه نحو التركيز على الإنتاج الكمي في مقابل الانعدام النوعي للقيمة العلمية، إضافة إلى تراجع الأنظمة القيمية في المؤسسة الجامعية ووجود تجاوزات باثولوجية على مستوى مختلف الممارسات التنظيمية خلق ما يسمى بمأساة النخبة في المجتمع الجزائري، انعكست سلبا على درجة تقدير الذات لدى الأفراد المعنيين وبالتالي الرغبة في البحث عن انتماءات أخرى خارجية قادرة على الاستثمار في كفاءاتهم المعرفية (هجرة الأدمغة).
