Strategic diagnosis as a performance assessment input
Abstract
The performance evaluation is considered one of the widespread concepts in the field of business management in view of the importance it acquires in the lives of workers' organizations, as this concept occupied thinkers and researchers in the field of business management in general and the field of strategic management in particular, as their studies were focused on methods and mechanisms for evaluating institutional performance This article aims to try to present strategic diagnosis as an introduction that helps in assessing performance, by highlighting the end of strategic diagnosis and some of the tools used in strategic analysis and its importance in performance evaluation
