Dirassat Journal Economic Issue (DJEI) operates an open-access publishing framework adhering strictly to the criteria of the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) and the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Authors retain full, unrestricted copyright of their published work without transferring proprietary rights.
1. Copyright Ownership & Author Rights Retention
Authors who publish with Dirassat Journal Economic Issue retain the copyright to their work without restrictions. Authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license for initial publication and dissemination. Because authors maintain full copyright, they are entitled to reproduce, share, archive, and disseminate their published contributions without requiring special permission from the journal, provided appropriate bibliographic attribution is made.
2. Open Access Licensing Terms (CC BY-NC 4.0)
All articles published by DJEI are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0). Under this license:

Third parties are permitted to copy, distribute, transmit, and adapt the material in any medium or format for non-commercial purposes.
Attribution Requirement
Users must provide proper academic citation: author names, publication year, article title, Dirassat Journal Economic Issue, and the DOI link.
Non-Commercial Restriction
The material cannot be used for commercial purposes or resale without prior written authorization from the author (copyright holder).

In full accordance with COPE publishing principles, a clear copyright and licensing notice appears prominently on the first page and header of every individual article published in PDF format:
All full-text articles published by Dirassat Journal Economic Issue carry an explicit open-access license notice and Creative Commons (CC BY-NC 4.0) attribution on the first page of the published PDF.

Upon formal acceptance of a manuscript, authors must submit the completed and signed official Copyright Agreement and Undertaking Form in their preferred publishing language:
5. Self-Archiving & Third-Party Permissions
- Self-Archiving: Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit all versions of their article (Preprint, Accepted Manuscript, and Publisher's PDF) in institutional repositories, subject repositories, and personal webpages immediately upon publication with no embargo period.
- Third-Party Material: Authors warrant that their submission does not infringe on existing intellectual property rights and that written permissions have been obtained for any copyrighted figures, tables, or text excerpts reproduced from external sources.
- Originality Warranty: Submissions must be entirely original and must not be concurrently submitted to or under consideration by any other journal.
