Romanization Guidelines

تنبيه هام وإلزامي: معايير رومنة وتوحيد المراجع (APA 7th Edition)

في إطار استيفاء المعايير التقنية الدولية للفهرسة في قواعد البيانات العالمية (Scopus, Clarivate / Web of Science, DOAJ, Crossref)، تعتمد المجلة قائمة موحدة للمراجع بالأحرف اللاتينية فقط (Unified Latin References A–Z). يُلزم جميع الباحثين بإلغاء أي قوائم مراجع مكتوبة بالحرف العربي في نهاية المقال، ورومنة كافة المصادر العربية وفق الضوابط التالية:

1. هيكل المراجع والتهميش (Reference Structure & In-Text Citation):

• في المتن: يبقى التوثيق باللغة العربية طبيعياً حسب أسلوب APA، مثال: (حمدي، 2024).
• في نهاية المقال: تُدرج قائمة لاتينية موحدة واحدة فقط (References) تدمج كافة المراجع الأجنبية والمراجع العربية المرومنة معاً مرتبة هجائياً (A to Z). يُمنع منعاً باتاً تقسيم المراجع إلى (عربية / أجنبية / مرومنة).

2. اسم ولقب المؤلف (Author's Name):

يُكتب اللقب أولاً كاملاً متبوعاً بالحرف الأول من الاسم بالصوت اللاتيني المعتمد للباحث (المطابق لـ ORCID). يُمنع منعاً باتاً ترجمة أسماء الأعلام والمؤلفين دلالياً.

3. اسم المجلة أو جهة النشر (Journal / Publisher Title):

يُعتمد الاسم الإنجليزي الرسمي المسجل للمجلة في قواعد البيانات والـ ISSN (مثال: Dirassat Journal Economic Issue) وليس النقل الصوتي، أما دور النشر فتكتب باللاتينية.

4. عنوان المقال أو الكتاب (Article / Book Title):

يُنقل صوتياً بالأحرف اللاتينية (Transliteration)، تليه مباشرة الترجمة الإنجليزية للعنوان بين معقوفتين [ ... ] مع وضع رابط الـ DOI بصيغة نشطة.

Mandatory Reference Formatting & Romanization Guidelines (APA 7th)

To meet international indexing standards (Scopus, Clarivate / Web of Science, DOAJ, Crossref), Dirassat Journal Economic Issue requires a single unified Latin reference list (A to Z). Non-Latin scripts (such as Arabic) are strictly prohibited in the final bibliography. All cited Arabic references must be fully transliterated according to the following rules:

1. Reference List Structure & In-Text Citations:

• In-Text: Standard Arabic citation format remains intact in the text, e.g., (حمدي، 2024).
• End of Manuscript: All references (foreign and romanized Arabic) must be merged into one single alphabetical list (A to Z) under the heading "References". Do not categorize references into separate Arabic, Foreign, or Transliterated lists.

2. Author's Name:

Provide the author's surname followed by initials using their standard Latin spelling matching their ORCID profile. Never translate author names into English.

3. Journal / Publisher Title:

Use the official registered English title of the journal as indexed in ISSN / major databases (e.g., Dirassat Journal Economic Issue). Do not transliterate journal names phonetically.

4. Article / Book Title & DOI:

Transliterate the Arabic title phonetically, immediately followed by the English translation in square brackets [ ... ]. Always append active DOI links whenever available.
