Checklist Submission Preparation Checklist

Before initiating submission, authors must ensure that the manuscript satisfies the following criteria:

• Originality & Scope: The manuscript is entirely original, falls strictly within the journal's scope, and is not submitted to or published in any other journal.
• Journal Template: The manuscript is formatted in strict accordance with the official DJEI Microsoft Word Template (maximum 18 pages).
• Anonymization for Double-Blind Review: All author names, affiliations, and self-identifying markers are removed from the main manuscript file.
• Similarity Threshold: The text has been checked for originality, and the similarity index is strictly below 20%.
• Letter of Undertaking: A signed Undertaking Letter signed by all co-authors is prepared for upload.
• Co-Author Validation: All listed co-authors are prepared to confirm their participation via the validation link sent to their respective email inboxes immediately upon submission.
