الملخص
تختلف الشائعات عن الأساليب الأخرى في استهدافها للمجتمع خصوصا في ظل الظروف التي تعيشها الإنسانية اليوم جراء انتشار وتفشي وباء كورونا، مما جعلنا نقترب من هذه الظاهرة الاجتماعية للتعرف على أهم مسبباتها و، دوافع تفشيها واستفحالها عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وموقف الدولة الجزائرية من هذه الممارسات، وأهم الآليات المتخذة من قبل السلطات الجزائرية إزاء هذا النوع من الأفعال المغرضة. حيث تم التوصل إلى أهم النتائج والمتمثلة في أن الأخبار الكاذبة خطيرة ويمكن أن تمس بالنظام العام وبأمن واستقرار المجتمع ناهيك عن تطاولها ومساسها برموز الدولة وقطاعاتها الحساسة كما يمكن أن تمس أيضا بحقوق وحريات الأفراد، بالإضافة إلى أثار وتداعيات هذه الأخيرة على كل من الفرد والمجتمع، وأهم الآليات التي سخرتها الدولة الجزائرية لكبحها وتفعيل أهم العقوبات الجديدة المسلطة على المتورطين فيها من خلال موقف المشرع الجزائري وما تم استحداثه من مواد وأحكام في قانون العقوبات الجزائري.
