الملخص
يدرسُ هذا البحثُ المذاهبَ الفقهيّة المشهورة وأسبابَ شهرتها وانتشارها دراسةً تاريخية تأصيليّة، ويهدفُ إلى بيان تاريخ انتشار الفقه الإسلاميّ، ومدى الارتباط بين مراحل التشريع الإسلاميّ والتسلسل في الأحكام، ويهدفُ أيضا إلى تحديد أسباب انتشار فكر مدرسة أو مذهب معين وتأثير ذلك على تاريخ الفقه وطرق استنباط الأحكام، ومن أهمّ النّتائج التي توصّل إليها البحثُ أنّ المذاهبَ الفقهيّةَ كثيرةٌ جدًّا بحيث تُولَدُ من الأفكار التي يؤسّسُها إمام ما وتخالفُ أفكارَ غيره في الطّرح والاستدلال، ولكنّ أغلبَها صار مغمورًا وبقيَ فقط بين طيّاتِ الكتب والمخطوطات وسطورها، ومن المذاهب الفقهيّة ما اشتهرَ وذاعَ صيتُه بإقبال الباحثين وطلاب العلم عليه.
