قراءة تحليلية في سوسيولوجيا التغيير التنظيمي بالمؤسسة الاقتصادية
الملخص
لقد أصبح التغيير أحد عوامل النجاح الرئيسية وطريقة للتكيف مع الأسواق التي تملي قوانينها، التحولات المتعاقبة في اليوم تصبح غير فعالة ومشككة في الغد، وبالتالي تصبح قضية التغيير التنظيمي قضية حتمية وإلزامية لكل المؤسسات التي تريد البقاء والحفاظ على هويتها وميزاتها التنافسية، ولكي ينجح التغيير التنظيمي داخل المؤسسة الاقتصادية لابد من مناخ اجتماعي يقبل الاختلاف والتحاور ويمجد التضامن والتعاون، ومن ناحية أخرى يتوقف نجاح التغيير على مدى اقتناع الأفراد المعنيين بالتغيير التنظيمي ودفعهم للقبول والاندماج في مشروعه، فالنزعة التشاركية الجماعاتية والإحساس بأهمية التغيير وضرورته القصوى والالتزام التنظيمي والتماثل الهوياتي، هي ميكانزيم التميّز في الأراضي التنظيمية، ويهدف هذا البحث إلى تقديم قراءة سوسيولوجية لظاهرة التغيير التنظيمي بالمؤسسة الاقتصادية.
