نظام (ل م د) وتحدي الجودة الشاملة في الجزائر
الملخص
يعد نظام (ل م د) آخر الإصلاحات التي عرفتها الجزائر في مجال التعليم العالي رغم ما تخلل هذا الإصلاح من إصلاحات جزئية بين الفينة والأخرى لمحاولة ضبطه ومراجعة أخطاء تطبيقه والمشاكل التي تابعت هذه الاخطاء، لكن الجزائر رسمت أهداف أساسية لتعليمها العالي من وراء تطبيق هذا النظام، حيث كان أساسها خلق الجودة في التكوين مع مراعاة الطلب الاجتماعي ومتطلبات سوق العمل في عملية تسيير العملية التعليمية.
لكن النظرة الفاحصة لواقع التعليم العالي في الجزائر تظهر أن هناك تحديات عديدة وكبيرة تعوق تطوره وأدائه لأدواره اتجاه المجتمع، فالتعليم العالي كغيره من القطاعات لابد أن تكون له استراتيجية ورسالة واضحة وأهداف قابله للتطبيق بحيث تخدم هذه الاستراتيجية مسيرة المجتمع وتقدم له رأس مال بشري قادر على قيادة عجلة التقدم ومنحه الرؤية المستقبلية والحلول لمشكلات الواقع وأفضل الطرق للوصول إلى تحقيق التنمية البشرية المستدامة. ومن هذا المنطلق حاولنا في هذا المقال التعرف على مدى مواءمة محتوى وتطبيق نظام (ل م د) لمعايير الجودة الشاملة هذه الاخيرة التي تضمن للتعليم العالي القيام بالأدوار المنوطة به على أكمل وجه.
