القطاع السياحي في الجزائر بين تحديات الواقع ورهانات المستقبل
الملخص
تعد السياحة في العصر الحالي موردا هاما لكثير من الدول يتطلب الاهتمام به والقيام بتطويره وتنميته، ليصبح موردا مستداما تستفيد منه الأجيال المتعاقبة، وبإعتبار الجزائر من البلدان التي تتوفر على مجموعة من المقومات الأساسية في الميدان السياحي، صارت تحرص على أن تتجه في الوقت الأخير وبكل عزم وثبات نحو تنمية قطاع السياحة والنهوض به وجعله يقارع الدول الرائدة في هذا المجال.
لذا تأتي هذه الورقة البحثية للوقوف على واقع القطاع السياحي في الجزائر وإستراتيجية تنميته واستدامته أفاق 2025، حيث توصلت النتائج أنه وبالرغم من الإمكانيات والمقومات السياحية الهائلة والتي يمكن لها أن تكون مقصدا سياحيا عالميا، وبديلا إستراتيجيا لجزائر ما بعد المحروقات، إلى أنها تبقى غير مستغلة بشكل كاف ومدروس، نظرا لافتقاد الفعالية والنجاعة في السياسات أو الاستراتيجيات السياحية التي اعتمدتها الجزائر سابقا.
وبناء عليه، تصبح ترقية صورة الجزائر في الأسواق السياحية العالمية وجعلها وجهة للسياح تستوجب عملا جادا وسنوات من الكد، حتى تزول الصورة القاتمة التي تظهر بها على المستوى الخارجي، وفي هذا السياق جاءت السياسة الجديدة في إطار المخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة السياحية آفاق 2025 لتحسين وتنمية وجهة الجزائر السياحية وجعلها منطقة سياحية بامتياز،
