الإطار التنظيمي للوائح الداخلية للبرلمان وأثره على الأداء التشريعي "دراسة مقارنة
الملخص
يستعرض هذا البحث دور اللائحة الداخلية للمجالس التشريعية في تحديد سير العمل البرلماني وتنظيم العملية التشريعية داخل البرلمان. كما يركز البحث على كيفية تأثير هذه اللائحة على فعالية وكفاءة الأداء التشريعي، من خلال تنظيم الإجراءات البرلمانية مثل مناقشة المشاريع والقوانين والاقتراحات ومراقبة أداء الحكومة. كما يحلل البحث التحديات والفرص التي تقدمها اللائحة الداخلية في تعزيز الشفافية والمساءلة داخل المؤسسات التشريعية، مما يسهم في تحسين القرارات التشريعية ومدى تلبيتها لاحتياجات المجتمع.
