تشغيـــل الأطفـــال: تحليل الظاهرة في تونس (دراسة حالة مثالا تطبيقيا)
الملخص
سنحاول في هذه الورقة دراسة تشغيل الأطفال كظاهرة اجتماعية ومشكل إنساني بالأساس، وإذا ما تأملنا في عمق الظاهرة، يبدو الحال اليوم في أوساط مجتمعاتنا المتحضرة التي يغلب عليها التصادم والتناحر والتعصب والأنانية والتعلق المفرط بالمادة على حساب المبادئ والقيم، ومن مظاهر التمييز والإقصاء وتعطل لغة الحوار البناء. هذه العوامل السلبية تساهم بقسط كبير وبشكل واضح في بروز عديد الظواهر الاجتماعية الخانقة وانتشارها في كل دول العالم ومن أبرز هذه المشاكل التي تهدد سلامة واستقرار المجتمعات وتعرقل عملية النهوض والتنمية الشاملة هي مشكلة التنمية الشاملة، في قضية تشغيل الأطفال واستغلالهم اقتصاديا. هذه الظاهرة، بالنظر إلى تداعياتها الخطيرة تبقى من أدق وأعقد الظواهر الاجتماعية التي يشهدها العالم المعاصر وتتخبط في مستنقعاتها مجتمعاتنا الحديثة.
