ظــــهور الهــجرة الدولــية بمنطقة بني عمـــير وتطورها - عوامل انتشار الهجرة الدولية ببني عمير-
الملخص
على الرغم من غنى مواردها الفلاحية، عرفت منطقة بني عمير (إقليم الفقيه بن صالح) انتشارا مهما لحدث الهجرة الدولية خاصة نحو ايطاليا واسبانيا. وقد شغلت هذه الظاهرة تفكير عدد من سكان المنطقة، وصارت حلما يسعى كل واحد إلى تحقيقه، لتتحول في ظرف وجيز إلى حوض هجروي مهم على الصعيد الوطني.
وتجدر الإشارة أن إلى أن عوامل كثيرة قد تحكمت في إنتاج هذه الظاهرة الاجتماعية غير المسبوقة على صعيد المنطقة. من هذه العوامل ما له علاقة بالقرابة الدموية والجوار الجغرافي، إضافة إلى العلاقات الاجتماعية، ومنها ما هو مرتبط بالشبكة الهجروية réseau migratoire التي وفرها المهاجرون الأوائل بكل من ايطاليا واسبانيا، حيث ظلوا يقدمون مجموعة من الخدمات لأبناء المنطقة. إضافة إلى هذا وذاك، لعبت بعض المناطق المجاورة لبني عمير مثل منطقة بني مسكين بجوار مدينة سطات دورا مهما في انتشار ثقافة الهجرة بين الأفراد.
