Abstract

The study aims to know the level of dependence on outsourcing activity for the subcontractor. To achieve this purpose, we adopted a descriptive analytical method, and studied the case of both the Technical Studies and Completion Company and the Electricity and Gas Distribution Company, by analyzing the outputs of a questionnaire form that included a survey sample consisting of 30 individuals representing the Authority. The results of the study demonstrated a good and high adoption of subcontracting activity in the two institutions under study, with an emphasis on the desire to develop it in the future in a way that allows them to achieve the triple growth of maximizing profits, controlling costs, and reducing the risks and problems that may hinder the adoption of this activity or limit its potential. Its positives.
