Archiving Policy

Archiving and Preservation

DJEI has committed to the long-term preservation of its published content. To ensure the ongoing accessibility of our articles, we utilize multiple archiving strategies, including:

  • Institutional Repositories: All published articles are stored in institutional repositories that comply with international standards for digital preservation.
  • Ministrial Repositories: All published articles are deposited in the ASJP, which is managed by the Research Center for Scientific and Technical Information. This partnership guarantees that our articles are securely archived and readily accessible to researchers and practitioners worldwide.
  • Internet Archives: We partner with reputable internet archives to safeguard our content, ensuring that it remains accessible to researchers worldwide even if the journal’s website is unavailable.
  • Third-party Archiving Services: In addition to institutional repositories and internet archives, we collaborate with third-party services such as LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS (Controlled Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) to add an extra layer of security and redundancy.
