Article Withdrawal Policy

 Dirassat Journal Economic Issue

1. General CommitmentSubmission of a manuscript to Dirassat Journal Economic Issue implies that the work has not been published previously and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. The journal invests significant resources in the peer-review process; therefore, authors are expected to respect the publication process and ethics.

2. Withdrawal Conditions

  • Pre-Acceptance: Authors may request to withdraw their manuscript during the review process by submitting a formal explanation.

  • Post-Acceptance (Strictly Regulated): Withdrawing a manuscript after it has been formally accepted is considered unethical conduct.

    • Withdrawal requests at this stage are generally refused unless there are compelling scientific reasons (e.g., discovery of fundamental errors or data corruption).

    • Reasons such as "personal preference," "submission to another journal," or "author disputes" are not valid grounds for withdrawal after acceptance.

3. Mandatory ProcedureTo request a withdrawal at any stage, the Corresponding Author must submit a formal "Withdrawal Form" signed by ALL co-authors. Dirassat Journal Economic Issue will not process any request based solely on the instruction of one author without the written consent of all listed collaborators.

4. Sanctions for Unethical WithdrawalIf an author forces the withdrawal of an accepted manuscript without a valid scientific justification, or if "Duplicate Submission" is detected, Dirassat Journal Economic Issue reserves the right to:

  1. Blacklist all listed authors from submitting to the journal for a specific period (5 years).

  2. Report the ethical violation to the authors' affiliated institutions if necessary.
