The impact of organizational aging on the quality of work life An applied study on the workers of the phosphate mining complex of Bir El Ater Tebessa

Abstract

The aim of this study was to detect the effect of organizational aging on the quality of work life in the mining phosphate compound in Bir El Ater from the workers' point of view. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was formulated consisting of two main axes, namely the quality of work life and organizational aging. The sample of the study consisted of (343) workers, randomly selected. The results of the study indicated that the level of application of the mining compound for the quality of work life is weak according to the workers' point of view. It also shows the existence of the signs of organizational aging with great agreement of workers without distraction in the answers, while the impact of organizational aging on the quality of work life was negative in all dimensions.
