Abstract

This paper presents the role of Ownership Structure as mechanism of corporate governance
mechanisms.
After the exposure of Theoretical concepts of corporate governance and their mechanisms; we
should study the reality of corporate governance in light of differing systems of governance)
Ownership Structure).
The results of study show that the Control mechanisms are incapable to play its control role; its
efficiency depends on many factors, specially the legal, the organizational, the institutional
environment and the Ownership Structure.
