Excellence Management An Administrative Vision According to Islamic Approach
Abstract
Islam has sublime qualities which Allah bestowed on this religion, which the most important is the comprehensiveness. Islam has come as an approach for religion and life, as well as later life. It includes right legislations and unique systems which enable it play the hoped-for role to guide humanity and lead humans in all times and in all places until Allah inherit the earth and all things on it. The administrative systems emanate from the very soil of the Islamic Sharia in this context.
The Excellence Management, according to the Islamic approach, has theoretical origins and practical applications which distinguish it from the Western perspective. Such origins and applications can be utilized in the development of a new concept of excellence.
The Excellence Management combines the merits of modern systems with sublime Islamic values in accordance with the Islamic approach. It's not just a theoretical motto or value.
It's a behavior and a real practice which make its adoption at organizations a possible and fruitful matter.
