Maghreb economic integration - potentials and constraints
Abstract
This article is firstly interested in identifying the potential capabilities of Maghreb countries and in the constraints that prevent them to achieve considerable steps towards their economic integration. Then, it carries out the priorities which have to be given to development's projects. This stage is essential for reinforcing the horizontal integration between these countries, and for increasing their commercial exchanges
