Criminal protection program for personal data in electronic commerce transactions
Abstract
One of the most important concerns that hinder the growth of electronic commerce, and the establishment of a sophisticated system for it and a trader is how to protect the data of this trade. In order for the legal texts to be compatible with the phenomenon developed in the commercial activity, and for the e-commerce transactions mechanism not to be a means of diminishing human dignity and private life.
