Statistical analysis and modeling the job market in Algeria

Abstract

In front of the subjection of the Algerian labor market to the various shocks of supply and demand and the tolerance of most efforts aimed at deciphering the job code through a number of initiatives aimed at improving macro-economic indicators, rationalizing expenditures, controlling demographic growth rates, adjusting inflation rates ... and adopting a set of devices and strategies that are said to be the least Trickle, unable to curb the creeping unemployment of young people, its rate is estimated at 74% for the group under 30 years and 80% for that group under 40 years ... In the face of challenges, will those in charge of the labor market be able to find a suitable and tolerable equation to provide enough employment positions that allow absorption? Unemployment, especially the educated Including qualified youth?
