تداعيات المضاربة بالعقار السكني: الجزائر أنموذجا
الملخص
تبحث أوراق هذا المقال والمندرجة ضمن أحد محاور مشروع بحثنا التكويني الجامعي (P.R.F.U)، في موضوع راهن غاية في الأهمية والتعقيد، ظلت دراسات السوسيولوجيا الحضرية في الجزائر تغفل الحديث عنه، ألا وهو موضوع المضاربة بالعقار السكني، والتي تحولت اليوم إلى ممارسة مترسخة في أسواق السكن، تلاقي بظلالها بشكل دائم ومباشر على شتى تعاملات الفاعلين، على ما يجره ذلك من تبعات وانعكاسات بالغة الأثر على الصعيدين الفردي والعام. ساعين من وراء ذلك، إلى محاولة التوصل إلى بلورة تشخيص دقيق لأهم التداعيات الناجمة عن اتساع نطاق هذا النوع من الممارسات، على المجالات الاقتصادية، الاجتماعية، المجالية والقانونية كذلك.
