Abstract
In the light of what Algeria is witnessing nowadays regarding the global epidemic of the emerging corona virus, meanwhile the global scientific research centers with approximately 37 international scientific centers and laboratories to find treatment and save their societies from destruction. - Our choice of this subject was in keeping with this dynamic, as we tried to investigate the dialectic of the relationship between scientific research in the higher education system in Algeria and service to society during this period of time, through an investigative theoretical approach to the standards of the theoretical heritage and what is circulated through the Facebook social network because it is currently the only way to investigate in light of its transitional characteristics between humans.
