العنف في البلاد التّونسيّة زمن الاحتلال الفرنسيّ
الملخص
تهدف الدّراسة إلى محاولة تقديم تعريف موحّد لظاهرة العنف خاصّة على المستوى الاصطلاحيّ بسبب تعدّد الأطاريح التي تضمّنتها دراسات المتخصّصين السوسيولوجيّة والأنثروبولوجيّة والتّاريخيّة، وهو ما جعل مسألة الوقوف على معنا متّفق عليه أمرا بالغ التّعقيد، إلى جانب الخوض في تداعيات هذه الظّاهرة على الفرد الذي بات موصوما بالعنف المخالف للأعراف والقوانين المجتمعيّة ويعاني الإقصاء والدّونيّة.
واِستندنا في بحثنا على مناهج ثلاث، لعلّ أهمّا المنهج التّاريخيّ قصد تحديد الجوانب التّاريخيّة المتعلّقة بنشأة الظاهرة وأسباب انتشارها منذ أواخر القرن التّاسع عشر حتّى منتصف ستينيّات القرن العشرين، ووظّفنا عقب ذلك المنهج الوصفيّ الذي يمكّن الباحث من التّطرّق إلى كلّ التّفاصيل ذات الصّلة بالظّاهرة. وختمنا الدّراسة بالمنهج المقارن الذي يسعى إلى إقامة نوع من المقارنة بين عدد من الاختصاصات، وتحديد أوجه الشّبه والتّكامل بينها بما يخدم موضوع بحثنا.
وتتلخّص أهمّ النّتائج المتمخّضة عن البحث في صعوبة تقديم تعريف موحّد للعنف اصطلاحا خلاف الجوانب اللّغويّة التي كانت متطابقة في غالبيّتها، واستطاعت تجوز الجدل الذي وقع فيه المتخصّصون على اختلاف مشاربهم. واستطعنا في السياق ذاته، ولو نسبيّا، الوقوف على بعض تداعيّات هذه الظّاهرة، والتي من أبرزها خلق أفراد موصومين ومنحرفين رغم الإجراءات الردعيّة التي تمّ اتّخاذها.
