Total Quality Management in the Economic Corporation: An Analytical Study

Abstract
The emergence of TQM was not pure coincidence, but it was an accumulation of human experience and developed according to the necessity and sccessive events, which makes total quality the goal of all ambitious institutions. Perhaps this increased interest in quality comes as a natural consequence of being one of the basic strategies for meeting global challenges. The philosophy of total quality was crystallized and its features became very strong in 1980s, which increased awareness of the value and importance of quality improvement in all institutions, With increasing international attention to quality, not only the quality of goods and products but also the quality of services, it is certain that quality is not an option but a necessity for the success of any system. Thus, TQM focuses on the concept of survival, continuity and development by looking to the prospects of independent to reach the best performance, and this interest with the total quality made thinkers call this period the era of total quality.
