Evaluating The Impact Of Quality Of Work Life On Developing The Skills Of Workers At The Sonelgaz Corporation , Annaba And Bejaia
Abstract
The study aimed to reveal the level of quality of work life and its impact on the development of skills in the Sonalghaz Corporation for the production of electricity - Annaba and Bejaia. This study has been accomplished using a questionnaire that has been distributed among a sample of employees. Composed of 110 employee. The results showed a high level of quality of work life in the two institutions, and there was a statistically significant effect between the dimensions of quality of work life and skills development. The results did not show any differences between the trends of the study sample in the two institutions on the importance given to the process of developing the skills of workers.
