University Governance: Between Requirements and Obstacles
Abstract
The purpose of this study is the Governance of Universities, as a new approach aims at improving the performance of universities especially under the conditions that know the sector, such as the evolution of demand, and the method Management in the public sphere of the university institution. This diagnosis and the results it led us to formulate at the end of this work recommendations for an implementation of university governance in a more effective way.
