The impact of organizational culture on performance
Abstract
Organization culture defined as the system shared values beliefs habits… that guide people behavior and determines the employee job satisfaction as well their porforonce. Organization culture must be an adaptive system if they are to survivir and prospers in today highly competitive global environment.
