THE ROLE OF HUMAN RESOURCES IN A PROCESS SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
Sustainable Development and more specifically Social Responsibility of Corporate (CSR) has a social dimension that changes HR policies within the companies that have chosen to take this path.
The “social” pillar of Sustainable Development includes relations with local communities, the rules of governance and transparency as well as the
HR management. Unfortunately, to improve its visibility and reputation, the company too often prioritizes donations to charities and neglects
HR dimension. So what should ensure job stability, encourage internal mobility, and also share its employees with competitors and companies from other industries.
