الملخص
يعتبر الكثير من الباحثين أن الطاقات المتجددة هي طاقة المستقبل وذلك لكونها متوفرة في أغلب مناطق العالم وكذا دائمة ما دامت الأرض موجودة إضافة لكونها صديقة للبيئة، لذا تسعى حاليا العديد من الدول للاستثمار في هذا المجال وتطوير تكنولوجيا ذات أسعار معقولة.
والجزائر ليست بمعزل عن هذه التطورات حيث تمتلك من المقومات الطبيعية ما يجعلها تكون رائدة في هذا المجال إذا ما استثمرت مواردها المالية والبشرية لتطوير هذا النوع من الطاقات.
و تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية لمعرفة آفاق ومعوقات استثمار الجزائر في الطاقات المتجددة من وجهة نظر مستهلكي الطاقة الكهربائية، حيث تم استقصاء عينة من سكان مدينة قسنطينة.
