Abstract

Through the sustainable development process, modernization strategies play a crucial role as an innovation that creates job and nation wealth. This occurs exceptionally in agriculture sector, which maintains the economic stability in general. The aim of this paper is to analyze the impact of agricultural system modernization on stability and economic growth. We realize a comparative study between Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco. The results show and confirm, beyond the three-state willingness to develop and modernize the agricultural sector, that many of their national strategy weaknesses should be addressed any further sectorial strategic planning process.
