Abstract

Human development is an instrument for measuring and assessing the degree of success of countries in meeting the socio-economic needs of their populations. The objective of this study is to analyze the impact of human capital development on growth economy in Algeria, through the presentation of different empirical studies and an econometric analysis of ARDL models, over the period from 1986 to 2017. The results of the study confirm the existence of a positive relationship between primary and secondary school enrollment on economic growth and a negative effect of health spending on economic growth
