استخدامات الذكاء الاصطناعي (AI) في تطوير أعمال وخدمات المصارف الإسلامية -الواقع و المأمول-
Résumé
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل واقع استخدام المصارف الإسلامية لتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتعالج إشكالية مفادها؛ كيف يمكن للمصارف الإسلامية أن تستفيد من تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحسين جودة خدماتها و أعمالها المالية في إطار التزامها بمبادئ و أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية؟، وقد تناولت الدراسة من خلال محاورها، مفاهيم حول الذكاء الاصطناعي، و أبرز التحديات التي تعترض تطبيقها لتقنياته على الوجه الأمثل، و ما يمكن استشرافه من تطلعات مستقبلية تعزز دمج هذه التقنيات ضمن بنيتها الرقمية، وقد توصلت الدراسة؛ إلى أن تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي الحالية في المصارف الإسلامية، لا تزال محدودة وتعترضها تحديات؛ شرعية وتقنية و تنظيمية يمكن تجاوزها بوضع إطار حوكمة يضمن الاستخدام المسؤول والمستدام لهذه التقنيات، وأن التحديث المستمر للبنية الرقمية يعتبر ضرورة لمواكبة التطورات الحاصلة في البيئة الرقمية العالمية، كما يوصي البحث بإجراء دراسات تجارب لمصارف الإسلامية تبنت تقنيات ذكية حديثة، لتحليل مدى فعاليتها واستخلاص نماذج تناسب بيئة المصارف الإسلامية، و الاطلاع المستمر على التحديثات الحاصلة في هذا المجال.
