Abstract

The study aimed at introducing the concept of social responsibility from the theoretical and applied side, especially as it is one of the administrative concepts that still need to be researched and studied, as well as the location of the Algerian institution from the concept of social responsibility and its responsiveness to the programs related to this concept. Society and various stakeholders, and finally to produce results and recommendations that benefits the business sector and invites them to adopt such socially responsible practices in administrative work:- The importance of developing local performance assessment indicators towards social responsibility.- Encouraging competition between companies in the exercise of social responsibility by granting awards to companies of excellence in the performance of social responsibility, and to provide incentives and facilities to organizations that exercise social responsibility.- Benefit from the expertise of international companies in the field of social responsibility.
