الحرية الاقتصادية في الجزائر ودورها في جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر
Résumé
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الحرية الاقتصادية في استقطاب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في الجزائر، وقد تم الاعتماد على أربع مؤشرات دولية تقيس الجوانب المختلفة للحرية الاقتصادية وتقيم مدى ملاءمة مناخ الأعمال للاستثمار، وذلك بتحليل أداء الجزائر فيها. وقد تم التوصل من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى أن حجم تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر مرتبطة طرديا بدرجة حرية الاقتصاد، حيث أن الحرية الاقتصادية توفر بيئة مواتية محفزة ومشجعة للمستثمرين والشركات على ضخ أموالهم في الاقتصاد. وقد كان أداء الجزائر ضعيفا في معظم المؤشرات وهو ما يدل على أن الجزائر تعاني من مستوى منخفض من الحرية الاقتصادية، وهو ما يعكس المناخ الاستثماري الغير مؤهل لأداء الأعمال والمنفر للاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، والذي يبين وجود قيود تحد من النشاط الاقتصادي وحرية الأفراد والشركات في ممارسة أعمالهم.
